Customer Support with German or Dutch (Lizbona, Portugalia)

What you will do if you receive the job:

* You will receive one of the most advanced sales training courses with high-calibre professional
* Staffing on sales or customer service assignments with one of the largest and fastest growing Tech companies in the world (Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Philips, Zalando …
* Manage Inbound and Outbound phone requests / orders and other activities from client
* Manage customers in a timely manner
* Ability to provide options and outline features or product and services to gain and keep a customer
* Build long term business relationships between client and business companies through a mixture of inbound and outbound phone / email activities
* Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions
* Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns

The deal:
* Competitive salary and remuneration scheme (gross monthly salary of 1000-1400€ + bonus

* Complete training (between 5 – 20 working days on location, all expenses included plus)
